E01 Core Concepts

Core Concepts of GEP are the risks, cost and organizational control management that are applied to each of the processes that make up Good Engineering Practice:
1) Risk to each process should be identified, mitigated and controlled. During this process, risk vs benefits should be evaluated
2) Cost of activities should be understood, assessed and controlled. Value management should be practiced ie evaluate cost vs benefits/quality
3) Organizational – A clear structure of responsibilities should be applied to each process.
